AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to serve as Chief CRNA and provide clinical and operational leadership for an established anesthesia team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Chief CRNA, you will:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the CRNA team
• Mentor, coach, and support CRNAs in their professional development
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and team-oriented culture
• Partner with physician and administrative leadership on departmental priorities
• Support staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and team engagement
• Advance quality, patient safety, and clinical performance initiatives
• Support professional development and leadership growth within the CRNA team
• Serve as an advocate and leadership resource for CRNAs
