About the Opportunity:

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and patient-focused colorectal surgeon to join our established group of four highly respected surgeons at AdventHealth Daytona Beach, a 362-bed, nationally recognized hospital serving Volusia County and the surrounding communities.

Position Highlights:

  • Join a collaborative, collegial team of 4 experienced surgeons with a strong referral base in a growing market
  • Access to robotics, Da Vinci, outpatient surgery centers and a full spectrum of support services
  • The Daytona hospital is expanding and will open up a new 100 bed tower and 4 additional Operating Rooms in 2026
  • Medical Oncology, Infusion and Radiation available on site
  • Anesthesia support 24/7
  • Dedicated time in the OR, ambulatory surgical center and clinic
  • Will have APP support and cross coverage for inpatient and call with existing, experienced partners
  • Serve a diverse patient population in a thriving coastal community
  • AI Scribes built into our EMR System

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with productivity bonus potential.

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified/Eligible through: American Board of Surgery/ American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery
  • Active clinical practice in colorectal
  • Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, patient-first care, and excellent communication skills.
