Practice Full-Scope General Urology with Advanced Robotics on Florida's Atlantic Coast
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Urologist to join our growing Urology program at AdventHealth Daytona Beach.
This is a growth and expansion opportunity within an established, hospital-employed practice offering a strong referral base, dedicated OR block time, access to advanced robotic technology, and the support of one of Florida's largest physician-led health systems. Physicians benefit from a collaborative practice environment, shared call responsibilities, and the resources needed to quickly build a busy, full-scope General Urology practice.

- Brand-new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located on the AdventHealth Daytona Beach campus
- Advanced Practice Provider support in the clinic, hospital, and operating room
- Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Infusion Services, and multidisciplinary Tumor Boards available on site
- EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot AI documentation support
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available

Clinical Practice
Physicians enjoy a balanced practice consisting of dedicated outpatient clinic, protected operating room block time, and shared inpatient consult and call responsibilities with the Urology team.
This opportunity offers the ability to practice the full spectrum of General Urology while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. A strong referral base and access to supporting specialists allow physicians to quickly establish a robust patient panel while providing comprehensive, coordinated care.

- Robotically trained
- Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with APP support and a multidisciplinary care team
- Eligible for active Florida medical licensure
