AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a PA-C or APRN to join an expanding Urology practice in Palm Coast, Florida. This is a newly created role supporting a well-established urologist in a brand-new urology clinic opening August 1, with access to Da Vinci 5 robotics and Aquablation technology.

This opportunity is ideal for an APP who enjoys procedural care, surgical collaboration, and long-term practice growth within a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5-day schedule combining clinic, hospital rounding, and procedures
  • Manage 15–20 patients per day in a patient-centered environment
  • Assist with urologic surgeries and post-operative care
  • Perform in-office procedures (urodynamics, cystoscopy, ultrasound)
  • Participate in 1:4 call rotation with shared holiday coverage
  • Work closely with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff

Job Requirements

  • PA-C or APRN with Florida license (or eligibility)
  • Surgical or procedural experience preferred (OR background a plus)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Mission-aligned with a passion for whole-person care
  • New graduates encouraged with relevant surgical rotations
